Frank Cadogan Cowper, Rapunzel.

Cowper (16 October 1877– 17 November 1958) was an English artist, described as "The last of the Pre-Raphaelites" Working in watercolours and oils, he also worked as a book illustrator, contributing to Sir Sidney Lee's The Imperial Shakespeare, an edition including work by the well-known fairy tale artist Arthur Rackham.
